That room I stayed in got a bit stuffy. the extractor fan didn't do much of a job, especially post-shower. The bathroom had me squinting due to poor lighting, and the shower head wobbling around was annoying. Plus, the bed definitely leaned on one side—I felt like I was in an amusement park ride, just waiting to roll out. For the rate charged, I expected a bit more freshness in the linens. they just felt tired, not cozy, if you catch my drift.

we had an amazin stay at the green house hotel! the staff were super friendly n attentative, always making us feel welcomed. our small double room was really comfy, clean and had nice little extras like filtered water n fresh milk. breakfast was delicious, loved the avocado on toast! also the eco-friendly vibe of the hotel is truly impressive.

We had an excellent weekend at a quality hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the fresh milk for our tea instead of those little cream cartons. Breakfast was excellent, although the kitchen was a bit slow on Sunday morning with the full dining room. I would definitely choose this place again!

Exceptional stay with some minor hiccups

I had a lovely experience overall, particularly enjoying the stylish decor and eco-friendly amenities that made my stay feel unique and thoughtful. The provided fresh milk for my tea, along with a selection of complimentary biscuits, really added a special touch. the breakfast could use some improvement, as the hot items were not as fresh as I’d hoped.

The Silver Birch room offered a fantastic experience with a beautiful bed and a luxurious open bathroom featuring a roll-top bath and large walk-in shower. While the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, the breakfast fell short, likely due to the wedding party taking the best options. One small downside was the apparent lack of eco-friendly initiatives, which was unexpected given the hotel's reputation.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with family, especially visiting Spyway Farm. The kids loved the adventure playground, which is right next to the animal farm, where we got to feed the animals. Breakfast was delightful and made with local ingredients.

My kids wished the rooms had better air circulation. It was a bit stuffy during our stay.

The food service could slow down during peak hours, and thin walls mean you might hear your neighbors a bit too well. A few decor elements seemed a bit outdated, and facilities like air conditioning could use an upgrade for warmer nights.
